Seems Lady Gaga loves totumble.The star took an embarrassing fall on Wednesday evening, as she  tumbled to the ground during a night out in West Hollywood.

The 29-year-old pop superstar had stepped out for dinner with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump ,when she tripped and fell.In pure Gaga fashion, she got herself together in no time and flashed a smile.
